Mo’asher Rental Performance Index – March 2022
In the third edition of the Dubai Rental Performance Index, we continue to provide insight and transparency into the Dubai rental market. The most notable outcome in the Mo’asher report in Q1 2022 is tracking the highest number of rental contracts ever recorded in a single quarter. When we look at the volume of the rental contracts, Q1 2022 had a total of 160,530 rental contracts of which 51.89 percent of contracts were new and 48.1 percent were renewals. This is a 4 percent increase in total contract volume compared to Q4 2021. In Q1, 79.95 percent were annual contracts while 20.04 percent were for non-annual contracts.
