The registered transactions of October reached 8,816 transactions worth AED 25.83 billion. the market in October witnessed about a 66.62 percent increase in terms of volume and 97.91 percent in terms of value year-on-year.
Year to date, the sales transactions recorded a remarkable performance compared to the same period in 2021; total sales transactions recorded a 61.63 percent increase in terms of volume, while the value of the transactions increased by 80.77 percent, driven by off-plan performance, which the transaction value increased by 167.81 percent, while the transaction volume increased by 127.02 percent.
