Dubai to See a Jump in Property Handovers
As Dubai developers continue to open new projects in advance of Expo 2020, the city is expected to see a 40% increase in property handovers in 2019, giving renters further negotiating power in a slowing market. This year 47,502 apartments, villas and townhouses are expected to be completed. “We can expect prices to decline further in 2019 as the market absorbs the immense amount of supply that came in 2018, and what will complete in 2019,” said Lynette Abad of Property Finder.
