1.2. We operate an online platforms, which we make available through several websites, that allows users to search for and register their interest in properties advertised as available for sale or rent, agents and advertisers to promote properties for sale or rent, providers of CRM services to exchange data with us, as well as, seek and apply for Mortgage Financing (the ” Property Finder Group Service”).
1.3. Data Finder is a product that is owned, developed, and operated by PF FZ-LLC, providing real estate data intelligence via real estate market statistics, data, reports, and proprietary indices and made available via the Website (the “Service”).

2.3. PF FZ-LLC is the Data Controller in respect of personal data collected and processed through the Website. Data Controller means a person or legal entity, who (either alone or jointly or in common with other persons), determines the purposes for which and the manner in which any personal data are, or are to be, processed.
