The Official Rental Performance Index, April 2023
In April, the rental market reached 42,458 registered leases of which 51.58% were new contracts and 48.42% were renewed. The annual contracts contributed to 91.15% of the total contracts while 8.85% were non-annual.
The registered leases for residential purposes accounted for 72.39% of the total contracts, while 26.71% were registered for commercial purposes.
