The tenancy market reached 603,399 registered leases in 2022, of which 56.33 percent were new contracts while 43.67 percent were renewed. The annual contracts contributed to 84.33 percent of the total contracts, while 15.67 percent were non-annual. On the other hand, the rental contracts for residential purposes contributed to 71.02 percent of the total contracts with 428,557 contracts, while 27.92 percent were registered for commercial purposes.
