The Official Rental Performance Index, July 2023
In July, the total rental contracts reached 48,496 registered leases of which 50.54% were new contracts while 49.46% were renewed. Annual contracts accounted for 91.88% of the total contracts while 8.12% were non-annual.
The registered leases for residential purposes recorded 33,994 contracts to contribute to around 70.10% of the total contracts, while 28.62% were registered for commercial purposes.
