In June, the rental market reached 42,974 registered leases, of which 55.03 % were new contracts, and 44.97 % were renewed. The annual contracts contributed to  91.35 % of the total contracts, while 8.65 % were non-annual.

Q2 2023

In Q2 2023, the rental market experienced a slight increase, with a total of 131,293 leases compared to 123,856 in Q2 2022, reflecting a growth of 6 %. Of these leases, 53.37 % were new contracts, while the remaining 46.63 % were lease renewals.
