In March, the rental market reached 50,250 registered leases of which 53.28 percent were new contracts and 46.72 percent were renewed. The annual contracts contributed to 90.24 percent of the total contracts while 9.76 percent were non-annual.
Q1 2023
In Q1 2023, the rental market experienced a slight increase with a total of 156,696 leases compared to 156,361 in the previous quarter (Q4 2022), reflecting a growth of 0.21 percent. Of these leases, 54.05 percent were new contracts, while the remaining 45.95 percent were lease renewals.
