In November, the rent market reached 53,086 registered leases, of which 60.51 percent were new contracts while 39.49 percent were renewed. The annual contracts acquired 89.05 percent of the total contracts, while 10.95 percent were non-annual.
With 36,785 registered leases for residential purposes, they contributed to 69.29 percent of the total contracts, while 29.87 percent were registered for commercial purposes.<
