The Official Rental Performance Index, November 2023
In November, the tenancies market reached 62,210 registered leases to record the highest monthly record within 2023, of which 55.33% were new contracts while 44.67% were renewals. 93.42% of the total contracts were for annual leases, while 6.58% were non-annual. The registered leases for residential purposes contributed to 65.95% of the total contracts, while 33.27% were registered for commercial purposes.
