The Official Sales Price Index, April 2023
April 2023 recorded 8,077 registered transactions worth AED 26.491 billion. The market witnessed about a 17.09% increase in volume and 46.37% in value Year-on-Year, supported by the off-plan market performance which experienced a surge in volume and value.
A total of 3,894 transactions worth AED 8.014 billion in off-plan sales were registered accounting for 48.21% of the total sales volume and 30.25% of the total sales value. The off-plan market demonstrated impressive growth, with both volume and value increasing by 43.74% and 52.19%, respectively.
