With 9,879 registered transactions worth AED 28.27 billion, January recorded the highest performance for the same period in 12 years. The market witnessed a 72.14 percent year-on-year increase in terms of volume and 70.15 percent in terms of value.
In January 2023, both existing and off-plan sales recorded an outstanding performance for the same period in 12 years. Off-plan sales recorded 5,050 transactions to present 51.12 percent of the total transactions compared to 46.23 percent in January 2022. The registered off-plan transactions grew by 90.35 percent and the value increased by 130.16 percent by recording AED 12,114 billion compared to AED 5,263 billion in January 2022.
