In July 2023, Dubai’s real estate market registered 11,099 sales transactions, recording a significant increase of 57.59% compared to July 2022. It was the highest performance for July ever recorded in the last 10 years. With a transaction value of 37.78 billion, July saw the highest value for a month ever recorded, and a significant year-on-year increase of 80.89%.
