June 2023 had an outstanding performance, supporting the upward trend of sales transactions in Dubai. June recorded 10,419 registered transactions worth AED 30.41 billion. In June, the market witnessed about a 17.78 % increase in volume and 34.09 % in value year-on-year, recording the highest value ever recorded for the month of June.
Q2 2023
During Q2 2023, there was a remarkable performance in terms of sales transaction value. The quarter witnessed the highest record for sales transaction value ever recorded for a quarter, with 30,098 registered transactions valued at AED 90.751 billion. The volume and value of sales transactions increased by 34.84 % and 53.93 %, respectively, compared to Q2 2022. The registered transactions demonstrate the strong growth and performance of the market during the second quarter of 2023.
