March 2023 had an outstanding performance supporting the upwards trend of sales transactions in Dubai. March recorded 12,135 registered transactions worth AED 34.210 billion. In March, the market witnessed about a 45.43 percent increase in volume and 52.58 percent in value Year-on-Year, to be the highest performance for a month ever recorded.
Q1 2023
During Q1 2023, there was a remarkable performance in terms of sales transactions. The quarter witnessed the highest record for sales transactions with 30,952 registered transactions valued at AED 89.056 billion. The volume and value of sales transactions increased by 6.25 percent and 8.33 percent, respectively, compared to Q4 2022. Moreover, there was a significant increase of 52.08 percent in sales transactions and 61.39 percent in terms of the sales transaction value Year-on-Year. The registered transactions demonstrate the strong growth and performance of the market during the first quarter of 2023.
