November registered 12,224 transactions worth AED 42.413 Billion. The market witnessed about a 10.18% increase in terms of volume, and a 36.41% increase in terms of value year-on-year.
Year-to-date, the sales transactions recorded a remarkable performance compared to the same period in 2022. The total sales transactions recorded a 39.71% increase in terms of volume, while their value increased by 55.24%, driven by the ready/existing market performance of which the transaction value increased by 59.81%, while the transaction volume increased by 10.21%.
