September 2023 witnessed 8,184 transactions totaling AED 26.08 billion. This stands against the 8,712 transactions of September 2022, which had a value of AED 24.513 billion, showing a 6.4% increase from the AED 24.513 Billion registered in the same month in 2022.
The existing market in September experienced significant growth despite the decrease in the market momentum this month. By recording 5,573 transactions, the ready/existing market witnessed a 33.58% increase in terms of volume compared to September 2022, and 11.89% compared to August 2023. While the transaction value recorded AED 19.8 billion, witnessing a year-on-year increase of 33.14% and 16.97% compared to August 2023.
